Pinnacle iMATS provides a comprehensive system to monitor and control equipment and vehicles used in mining operations. The system takes existing vehicle data to a new level and adds data from all other equipment including conveyors and non motorised equipment.

Pinnacle monitors vehicle faults and maintenance requirements, interfacing with maintenance systems to ensure the provision of a “joined up” maintenance control.

Pinnacle is capable of monitoring any data that is able to be provided from equipment and machinery and in the case of non motorised equipment, location and historic use data.

Data from rotating equipment can be transmitted to the central system with alerts related to temperature, vibration, geofence offences, speed and many other parameters.

The remote high security access control ensures that the operator is both licensed and authorised to operate equipment as well as monitoring behaviour and compliance.

Health & Safety management is further enhanced by the inclusion of real time video integrated into the Pinnacle System.
